Norwich to Tilbury pylons: Next week, Cllr @RichardRout will recommend a paper to Cabinet, proposing that the project is put on hold, and to object to current plans. This is so alternative solutions, which don't involve pylons, can be properly explored.

I will also be proposing a formal objection to the scheme as it stands. @PylonsEAnglia, we can stop this!"
